CASE STUDY: 

PROPERTY GROUP

This project provided a foodservice design for one of the largest privately-owned property groups. With an investment and development portfolio of circa £900 million across the UK, Europe, and the USA.
Our consultant was appointed to carry out the feasibility study with the concept and detailed design for the foodservice areas. The Consultant was asked to design a modern, flexible, sustainable catering facility which will be the hub of the building and add a “wow” factor for visitors to the building. The design is based on a peak occupation of the building of 220 with a further 30 guests.


The catering provides light breakfast and lunch, functioning on an ad hoc basis. They have a cold buffet style catering to ground and first floor meeting rooms as required. The foodservice area provides buffets, working lunches, and small functions in the directors’ meeting rooms. The focus of the foodservice area is to provide fabulous food with exceptional service on a day-to-day basis for the staff on site as well as guests of the property group.
